Who we are
A different kind of backyard wrestling
The EWA started in 1997 when Joey “Hollywood” Pinto and his friends built a ring and called it Pinto’s Wrestling Federation.
It moved to the woods of West Harrison, renamed itself after ECW, came back in 2008 as Tuesday Night Takedown, and has filmed upstate in Pintoville since 2012. This is the home of over 100 episodes, where the athletes and fans make something nobody else does.
